Why I coach... or rather, why I cannot STOP coaching (Lauren Muney's own
words) |

| Coaching is encouraging others to seek end to their own suffering. I fully believe we all want to live happily. However, in our strive for happiness we have created conditions where things get complicated:
I believe that a coach does is helps another person see things differently. I coach by teaching people to be aware of their own thoughts. Their thoughts guide their actions. Their values are their dreams to a fantastic, fulfilling life. If we understand something differently, we can make changes to our lives. If we make changes to our lives, we have the ability to gain the joy we seek. Think differently
--> I've seen how many people make fun of "life-coaches". It's been parodied on television and in books. It's easy to parody any subject, including coaching... yet it was Lance Armstrong's coaches who helped him achieve the success he's achieved, both with his biking endeavors and his business endeavors. Coaching --an objective viewpoint trained for thoughts and actions-- works. My passion is to showing people a new way of thinking (and acting) so that they aren't stuck in frustration anymore. New thinking brings new life - both personal and professional. My hope is that you change the world - starting with yourself. Lauren Muney
