1) Contact Lauren to start your new coaching. Coaching can be done over the phone or even via Internet video-chat.
2) You answer some questions about your life and your health. You decide what changes you want to do in your life.
3) You then learn how to create personal motivation for yourself. You will conduct weekly conversations to review the previous week's achievements, discuss challenges or new ideas, and set goals for the following week. All goals are self-created with professional guidance.
