My specialty is lifestyle improvement and increasing "human performance" for personal, professional, and business endeavors. These improvements can include:
Background: When I learned how to assess correctly and make solutions, everything fell into place. I stopped escaping and starting solving. In 2002 my career scope enlarged to assist others enhancing lives through assessment, awareness, and individualized problem-solving. I unrelentedly pursued education, research, interactive discussions, workshops, classes, and lectures to learn about human behavior in personal and business settings. To the present day (2008), this scope has included behavioral, anthropological, and physiological aspects. To this end, I call myself a "lifestyle anthropologist". By seeking our deepest values, we can make distinctions between what we need to improve and what we need to discard. As I say, "Life is a series of course-corrections": this is very true. No one has to suffer when he/she can create longlasting improvements! Corporate scope: My writings have been greatly embraced by many communities wishing health, wellness, solutions. This website's articles section provides insight into the varied processes of behavior modification, reduction of perfectionistic tendencies, and clear direction for wellness:
I continue to advise private clients
internationally in-person and via telephone and Internet, as well as consultations to businesses. |

My journey began as base interest in weight/resistance-training to become fit. Changing the body requires improving the lean muscle tissue, and the most appropriate form of changing the amount of lean muscle tissue is by increasing resistance training. Little did I know at the time, when I was making these discoveries, that these concepts are called "somatics": that the physical body cannot be separated from the mind, spirit, and emotions; nor all the others be separated from one another. The word "psychosomatic", often thought as the mind fooling the body, actually means "mind-body". Along the way, I have been learning more about endurance multisports, including endurance running, cycling, and swimming. Several clients have been athletes looking to improve their lifestyle to mesh with their athletic-performance goals. In addition, in my research about peak performance was the fact that "awareness" is not limited to the athletic or private endeavors: companies, small or large, can use the principles of awareness to improve communications, work/life balance, defeat the toll of stress, or brainstorm for creativity. See the About section as it describes corporate ideas.
