About
Physical Mind
Physical Mind believes if
you are stuck, you can change it: "Life
is a series of course-corrections"
How do you know if you (or your
business) are stuck? Something doesn't feel right. This
isn't rocket science: It's your life, your fitness, your business, your employees: if
it's not working, seek a course-change.
The name "Physical Mind" reflects that our minds, bodies, and lives are inextricably linked. Create solutions which value the 'whole person' or whole community.
